It will not allow me to sync my digital pass
If you're ever going to London England then you need this app. London transit runs on the pass. You will not be disappointed. This is a great app to get the passes travel around you can do everything on thus for buses, tubes etc.
Can't find bus tour info on app
I found out about the London pass and read about it on the website. Paid £103 for for it and when I went to the sites they told me I had the wrong London pass. And this one wasn't accepted. I couldn't find any information on it and had no way to contact London pass to make a switch or anything. Only good for Uber boat but it would have been cheaper to pay for a day ticket. Very disappointing experience.
A wonderful app, easy to use and saved me a lot of money on attractions. Need to check some attractions need prebooking separately but easy to do.
Can't sync pass because it requires an order verification number which they don't provide
I really enjoyed this app while traveling in London. It definitely added value to my overall experience
Good app
I can't get my digital pass to sync, and without a physical location to pick up my pass, this was just a waste of money.
The app crashes every time I click on an attraction to read about it or get directions.
